Director of Field Training

The Director of Field Training is responsible for developing and executing field staff training in regards to the organization's mission and charism values. The Director of Field Training is a member of SPO’s mission leadership. They will work closely with other national and field leaders to support the development of the mission, and collaborate in areas outside of field staff training.

Director of events and executive coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the split role of Director of Events and Executive Coordinator. As the Director of Events, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events within the Advancement and Mission departments. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, budgeting, communication and event oversight. As the Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the details of SPO’s National Leadership Team and administratively supporting the President of SPO and the VP of Advancement and Legal. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for service, and a deep understanding of the organization’s mission.

REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR

The individual in this role will use their gifting in organization and communication to bring clarity and efficiency to the regional operations. The Regional Administrator will serve in many functions, including property, mission, finance, and advancement.

Mission Supervisor - Male

The Mission Supervisor collaboratively leads the mission within the region, oversees the missionary staff, and works in collaboration with other Mission Supervisors to deliver annual mission goals and maintain the integrity of SPO’s charisms.

Admissions & MPD Coordinator - MALE

The Admissions & MPD Coordinator will provide coordination for admission efforts via building and maintaining application processes for interns and staff. This person will use their skills in communication, relationship building, and administration to help applicants exploring full-time mission in their discernment. Additionally, this person will serve on the MPD team by providing MPD coaching, resources and training to involved students, incoming and current staff.

Director of Alumni Relations

SPO has impacted tens of thousands of lives over the past forty years, walking with young men and women as they become lifelong missionary disciples of Jesus Christ. As SPO prepares to celebrate its 40th Anniversary, we are seeking a vision-driven, self-starting, and multifaceted individual who will work with SPO’s V.P. of Advancement to establish and steward SPO’s first ever Alumni Community.

MUSIC MISSIONARY

As a full-time Music Missionary, you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and further development of worship environments, tools, and training to build up the worship environments of SPO. This role engages in National Office life, Minnesota regional mission, and national SPO events.

Director of Marketing

As Marketing Director at SPO, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, digital strategy, public relations, and content creation. You’ll collaborate with various teams to develop campaigns, craft compelling narratives, and strengthen SPO’s presence nationally and locally. Your leadership will play a critical role in helping SPO form missionary disciples and bring the Gospel to college campuses and beyond.

Chapter Leader

As a full-time Chapter Leader, you are leading the front lines of evangelizing college students and/or young adults as part of an SPO team. You will be responsible for helping build dynamic communities where the people you build relationships with can encounter Christ and be transformed into missionary disciples.

Donor Engagement Intern

As a Donor Engagement Intern (DEI), your responsibilities will include cultivating SPO’s valued partners across the country with an emphasis on donors giving between $500 and $4,999 annually. The DEI will develop and engage a strategy for connecting these partners with the on-campus work of SPO and invite them to support it through renewed and increased gifts.

DORM COORDINATOR - Male

The Dorm Coordinator will have the opportunity to lean into one of the newest ways that SPO is seeking to impact students. The Dorm Coordinator will lead recruitment efforts and oversee the Catholic program at the 1000 5th Street dorm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Catholic teachings, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and build a vibrant community of young men committed to growing in virtue, brotherhood, and Christian maturity.

Donor Engagement Specialist

As a Donor Engagement Specialist (DES), your responsibilities will include cultivating SPO’s valued partners across the country with an emphasis on donors giving between $500 and $4,999 annually. The DES will develop and engage a strategy for connecting these partners with the on-campus work of SPO and invite them to support it through renewed and increased gifts. Additionally, the DES will actively build a team of donors to fund his or her work through Mission Partner Development.
