Why I became an SPO Missionary

When I was a freshman in college I hit rock bottom, and I didn't have any real relationships with the people around me. I saw the men living in Household, particularly one of the Missionaries, and desired to have that kind of brotherhood. Over the next year, my life was changed because of the Missionary's example and the men around me calling me on. I wanted to help other men experience the same brotherhood I did and bring them closer to God, and I felt called to continue to do this through SPO.
