Why I became an SPO Missionary
In college I was a part of the SPO community and lived in Household at OSU. There the Lord brought about so much healing, joy, and depth of relationships. During my senior year I experienced Him call me to mission during morning prayer - in the canticle of Zechariah where he says “And you, child, will be called prophet of the Most High, for you will go before the Lord to prepare His way” (Luke 1:76). As I heard this, I heard the Lord inviting me to go before Him, prepare the way, make a space and bring His people to encounter Him. From this He led me to saying yes to SPO and it has been such a joy to continue saying yes to His invitation.
